Tubs & Chillers
How strong are the tub walls?
Once erected, the tub can withstand your full body weight, as if the tub was a solid bath.
What pressure should the tub be pumped to?
The valve cap will inform you of the tub’s max pressure. 0.7 bar or 10 PSI is the max pressure. Please do not exceed this as it will void the warranty.
How much do the tubs weigh?
The 1-man tub weighs 10kg and the 2-man tub weighs 15kg.
What are the minimum and maximum temperatures the chiller can cool to?
A minimum of 3 degrees and a maximum of 42 degrees.
Is the chiller noisy?
When cooling, the unit noise levels are below 68db. Once cooled to the desired temperature, the cooling unit will shut off and just circulate the water. Once the water temperature has increase by 1.5 degrees, the cooling unit will start up again and resume cooling.
How much do the chillers weigh?
The RI weighs 30kg and the RI-1 weighs 35kg.
Is it easy to set up the RISE tub and chiller?
Yes, the tub and chiller are extremely easy to set up, and should take between 15-20 minutes.
Can the tub and chiller be used outdoors?
We recommended using the tub and chiller indoors for longevity of the product. However, the product can be used outdoors, but should be moved indoors thereafter. Keep your tub and chiller out of the rain and remove from any dusty conditions.
Cold Plunging
What temperature and how long should I cold plunge for?
We recommended starting slow; always listen to your body. Start at 14 degrees for 3 minutes and work your way down slowly.
When should I take a cold plunge?
This is completely dependent on the individual. Most people like to plunge after a workout or a long day at work. Some individuals like to wait 5-7 hours post workout to plunge. However, early mornings before your morning coffee will definitely give you that kickstart you need. We even recommend having a cold plunge around mid-day if you are feeling a bit flat.
Can you use the tub without the chiller?
Yes. Simply use the green plugs from the accessories provided and close of the inlet and outlet pipes on the tub. Fill up the tub and add ice. This is ideal if traveling to an event or holiday destination.
Will the tub leak air?
From time to time, you will have to top up the tub with air. Like anything that is inflated using air, it will lose pressure over time.
Returns, refunds & warranty
Can I return my product?
We offer a 14-day return policy on all our products. The product/s must be returned without any damage and in new condition, and in its undamaged packaging for a full refund to be issued. Please note that, if you are returning one of our combo editions, the tub, chiller and all accessories will need to be returned in full (in this case, the return shipping costs will be for your account).
How do I return my product?
If you wish to return your product within the 14-day return period, please contact us at greg@risesa.co.za and we will make the necessary arrangements. A full assessment will be conducted on the product/s to ensure that the product/s is not damaged and that it is in the same condition that it was supplied. Thereafter, an email will be sent to you confirming the outcome of the assessment
and, if the products have been returned undamaged and in new condition with the packaging intact, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Does my product come with a warranty?
Both the tub and chiller come with a 1-year warranty; however, RISE requires that purchasers register their products within 14 days to qualify for the warranty.

Can I purchase through this site?

Can I pay via EFT?

What do I do if I need the invoice to be made out to a company?
When you click to proceed to payment, the form will allow you to enter a company name. There is also a notes section that allows you to have specific information featured on the invoice.

Free delivery within South Africa is included with all our products.
How long will it take for my product to be delivered?
Delivery of your products will take between 3-5 working days.
Who do I contact if there are challenges relating to my delivery or if I wish to change the delivery address post purchase?

How is the product delivered?
The product is delivered using only the best logistics company straight to your door. The Legend Edition comes in 2 boxes, with the tub and chiller in separate boxes.
